Breathe In, Sing Out offers a fun, musical way for parents to plant sees of mindfulness, nurture connection & have fun with their little ones.
In this mindfulness-based music program, Sara teaches both original and classic songs, mindfulness activities and breath practices that are playful for little ones, while planting seeds of mindfulness, relaxation, connection, compassion & gratitude. Also an opportunity to connect and share with other parents of little ones in the tranquil setting at the Centre for Mindfulness Studies.
WHO: For babies, 0-12 months & their caregivers.
WHEN: Tuesday mornings (4 weeks), February 16 - March 8, 11:00 - 11:45 am
The Centre for Mindfulness Studies, 180 Sudbury Street. Wheelchair & stroller accessible.
Sara is a children's author, musician and social worker who teaches creative arts and child therapies at Ryerson University's School of Early Childhood Studies. She has led song circles for parents and babes for many years.
Registration. Space is limited to 12 infants and their caregivers.
