Remember to Breathe: Mindfulness for Teens
An introductory, mindfulness practice workshop for teens.
In this program, teens will learn mindfulness practices that can be helpful with managing stress, improving attention & focus, and increasing an overall sense of well-being. Mindfulness can be very helpful when dealing with exam stress, relationship challenges, unhelpful thoughts, strong emotions, negative self-talk, physical illness, and daily stresses & frustrations. Mindfulness practice can also enhance performance in multiple areas of life - such as sports, music, academics, and communication.
I am planning a 5-week group to start after March break on Saturday afternoons. (skipping Easter weekend)
